Stephanie Marianos

Stephanie Marianos is Adient’s vice president of global sustainability. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s positive environmental, social and governance related business practices. Marianos previously served as Adient’s vice president, internal audit from 2020 to 2023.

Prior to joining Adient, Marianos spent more than 15 years at Visteon Corporation in a variety of finance roles, including vice president, operations finance and vice president, chief accounting officer. She has additionally held finance roles within the insurance industry and began her career at Ernst & Young LLP.

Marianos is a certified public accountant and serves on the board of directors for Turning Point Inc, a non-profit organization. She has a bachelor’s degree in business with an accounting concentration from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and a master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University.
